Terms & Conditions
By making this booking, the customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Confirmation & Deposit
A booking is confirmed only after a deposit of 30% of the total amount has been received. The deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be settled in full no later than 30 days before the departure date. Failure to settle the balance within the stated period may result in the booking being cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation by the customer is subject to charges: more than 45 days before departure — loss of deposit; 15–45 days — 50% of the total; less than 14 days — no refund. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
4. Travel Documents (Passport & Visa)
Customers are responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for at least 6 months from the return date, together with any visas required. The agency is not liable for denied entry caused by incomplete documents.
5. Health & Insurance
Customers must declare any medical conditions or special needs at the time of booking. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. The agency is not liable for medical costs or injuries during the trip.
6. Force Majeure
The agency is not liable for any loss, delay or cancellation caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, flight delays/cancellations, or directives from the authorities.
7. Itinerary & Price Changes
The agency reserves the right to adjust the travel schedule, hotels or transport for operational/safety reasons without reducing the overall value of the package. Prices may change due to exchange rate movements, taxes or airline charges before full payment.
8. Limitation of Liability & Data Privacy
The agency acts as the package operator and its responsibility is limited to the services offered. Customers' personal information is used solely for booking purposes and travel document compliance.
